According to Google, they are warning business owners that they have until February 21st, 2014 to save their Google Places listings. They are making changes to their platform and all you have to do is log in your account and validate your information. The 3 steps are as follows:

By not taking these simple steps you will have to go through the entire claiming process again and probably lose and regain any reviews or updates you worked so hard to create.
